SBM™ Smart hotline (855) 311-WISE program offers 24/7/365 accessibility for anonymous and confidential reporting. Athletes, families, staff, vendors, and concerned individuals can make reports through our secure web form, toll-free phone line, or text messaging service. SBM™ secures this number for ease of memory and ultimately the protection all persons involved in athletics. The code 3-1-1 is known a special telephone number supported in many communities in Canada and the United States. The number provides access to non-emergency municipal services. The telephone number 3-1-1 creates a central hub for local subscribers to access a variety of city services. It is intended, in part, to divert routine inquiries and non-urgent community concerns from the 9-1-1 number which is reserved for emergency service.
